Terms of Service

LegalAI Pro uses AI to write legal document templates for small businesses (freelance contracts, SaaS terms, privacy policies, NDAs, employment agreements, partnership agreements and invoice terms) from your answers, with a plain-English explanation.

LegalAI Pro is not a law firm and doesn't give legal advice; using it creates no lawyer-client relationship.

Documents are general templates. They can be incomplete or wrong, and may not fit your country, your situation or the latest law. Check every document, and have a lawyer review it before you rely on it for anything important.

You must be at least 18. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us at info@nubri.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Don't use the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Don't present a generated document as reviewed by a lawyer when it wasn't.
• Don't disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't get around the plans' limits, for example with several free accounts.

• Free: 3 documents a month once you confirm your email address, written by Claude Sonnet 5.5. The allowance belongs to your email inbox, not to an account.
• Pro ($29 a month): up to 50 documents a month, written by Claude Opus 5.5.
• A document that fails isn't counted.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Pro renews monthly until cancelled in Billing; cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid month. Fees already paid are not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below or where the law requires it.

Your answers and the documents written for you are yours to use. You allow us to process them only to provide the service.

We work to keep LegalAI Pro available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change the service and these terms; if a change matters to you, we will tell you in advance by email.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Liability under the Product Liability Act is not affected.

You can delete your account in Billing at any time; that also cancels a Pro subscription. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after a warning unless the breach is serious.

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid contract (a subscription, a plan or a credit purchase) within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day the contract is concluded.

To withdraw, tell us before the period ends with a clear statement: an email to info@nubri.co is enough, or a letter to Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, Germany. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments we received for that contract within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the payment method you used, at no cost to you. At checkout you ask us to start the service straight away; so you pay a proportionate amount for what we provided until your notice: for a subscription, the share of the billing period that had passed; for credits, the credits you used.

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. The courts of Berlin have jurisdiction where the law allows it.
